Kira Talent enables managers and recruiters to mimic a real-time interview experience asynchronously with an easy-to-use interface that gets companies up and running in a matter of minutes without set-up costs or training. Recorded video questions are emailed to candidates or embedded in the online application process. Candidates view the questions, reply via recorded video responses, and once recording has begun they cannot stop or edit their videos. Employers can then rate, share and compare applicants.
Kira Talent’s video application process saves recruiters both time and money. It also provides better visibility into the applicants’ personality and capabilities. The deeper insights gained by this automated process reduce time normally spent on scheduling, phone screening and in-person interviews.
